About Us

Landworks Inc. owner-partners are personally involved in every project we manage. Our hands-on approach allows us to build strong, mutually valued relationships with our clients while communicating the client’s needs directly to foremen and crew leaders. We provide scheduled walkthrough reporting and punch lists based on our client’s requirements. In addition, we make recommendations for enhancements that will beautify your property and improve irrigation efficiency and water management. Most importantly, it is our habit to communicate issues, good or bad, in a timely manner and always offer our assistance in solving problems.

At Landworks we believe the key to maintaining a beautiful lush landscape is to have well-trained and qualified landscapers. Landworks owner-partners personally train each of our crewmembers in the best trimming, edging and mowing techniques. They are encouraged to consider the entire landscape before they begin work so that nothing is overlooked. Our approach is to guide each team member to be accountable for the quality of work they produce and to take pride in their workmanship. We set the bar very high for our team and reward them for great work. We expect high quality to be contagious!

Oscar Saucedo

Oscar joined Landworks in 2008. Although he predominantly works on finance, payroll, contracts and P&L, he also very much enjoys being out in the field with the crews working on installations. Oscar was instrumental in bringing us to the next level, which was incorporation. He has his finger on the pulse of all things that make our company an equitable and a top performer in the landscape industry.
